Ron was a kind, generous, and caring man with a brilliant intellect. He would help people who needed it without thought for gratitude. Our contact lessened after I moved to Toronto but my affection for him has never diminished. He will be greatly missed, and I extend my sincere condolences to his family and all his friends.

I was deeply saddened to see Ron had passed away. I’ve known Ron for numerous years. The Gatdens where my son played Jr A hockey. The store on Red River, I worked down the street. The hospital (unfortunately) where I work now Our great conversations and hugs. He always remembered my name ❤️ Rest dear Ron and hugs

TO Ron's family,
I was so sorry to hear of Ron's passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time. I work at TBRHSC and had the pleasure of seeing Ron every morning at Robins. He would always said good morning to me and most days he had a smile to go along with it. I will truly miss seeing him and his smiles every morning on my way into work. May he rest in peace.

Sad to hear of Ron’s passing. He was a kind gentleman. I will miss seeing him from time to time with his nose in a book and a coffee nearby, never minding the interruption to say hello, reminisce of days gone by, and to share news of the goings on. In spite of what was Ron had a positive, hopeful outlook that shined. Our encounters brightened my day and I will remember his spirit with a smile. Sincere condolences to his family, may good memories bring comfort. Dora Frattaroli

I remember Ron when we worked at the Can Car plant in the 1970's. He was a very bright man with a great sense of humour. I had the pleasure of seeing him again last spring when I was hospitalized with a broken hip and arm. I was surprised to learn that he also was a dialysis patient. I have posted his obituary on the union bulletin board at the Bombardier Plant. He will be missed.
